A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir
Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as
road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion,
this 18th day of February, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, as extended by
section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, I,
Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I do
also hereby resume the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section
twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
2 roods 8·8 perches.
Being part Lot 1 of Allotment 397, Whangamarino Parish ;
coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
LAND RESUMED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land resumed : 3 roods
39·4 perches.
Being part Lot 1 of Allotment 397, Whangamarino Parish ;
coloured red, edged red.
All situated in Block XVI, Maramarua Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30118.)
All in the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106850,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and
issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
