Plants declared to be Noxious Weeds in the Borough of Lyttelton.—(Notice No. Ag. 3813.)

THE following special order made by the Lyttelton Borough Council on the 20th day of January, 1941, is published in accordance with the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.

SPECIAL ORDER.
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, the Lyttelton Borough Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being plants mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Act as extended from time to time by the Governor-General in Council) are noxious weeds within the Borough of Lyttelton.”
SCHEDULE.
Broom (Cytisus scoparius).
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare).
Foxglove (Digitalis purpurea).
Gorse (Ulex europaeus).
Hemlock (Conium maculatum).
St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum or H. humifusum).
Including Additional Land in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Bay of Islands Development Scheme.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Maniapoto Development Scheme.

ALL that area of Native land in the Waikato-Maniopoto Native Land Court District situate in Block VI, Mangaorongo Survey District, and known as the Rangitoto-Tuhua 33c 3B 4B 1D 3 Block, containing 27 acres 0 roods 38 perches, more or less, and being the whole of the land in the Provisional Register, Vol. 180, folio 16.
