Vesting a Reserve in the Nelson Hospital Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of February, 1941.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for hospital purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Nelson Hospital Board :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Nelson Hospital Board, in trust, for hospital purposes.

SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 394, Town of Collingwood : Area, 3 roods 14 perches, more or less.
Sections 53, 54, and 55, Town of Collingwood : Area, 3 roods 14 perches, more or less.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 26 perches, more or less, being portions of Sections 50, 51, and 52, Town of Collingwood : Bounded, towards the north-east and south-east by public street ; and towards the west by other portions of Sections 50, 51, and 52 aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/8/54A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Charles Street, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of February, 1941.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :—
“ That the Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Blenheim, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of portion of Charles Street fronting Lots 119 and 120, Town of Blenheim, being also part of Sections 1 and 3, Omaka Registration District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Charles Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Charles Street, fronting Lots 119 and 120 on the plan of the Town of Blenheim. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109866, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway, in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the eighteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz. :—
“ The Main Highways Board, being the local authority having control of the Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portion of the north-eastern side of the said highway fronting part Section IV, Moutere District, Block XVI, Motueka Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway, fronting part Section IV, Moutere District, Block XVI, Motueka Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109835, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Onehunga Borough Council on the twenty-sixth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz. :—
“ The Onehunga Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Onehunga, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the western side of that portion of Cameron Street adjoining Lot 79 of Allotment 72, Small Lots near Onehunga ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Onehunga, known as Cameron Street, fronting Lot 79 of Allotment 72, Small Lots near Onehunga. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103975, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
