MOUNT RICHMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 39 acres 3 roods 15-9 perches,
more or less, being Allotments 60 and 61 of Section 12,
Suburbs of Auckland, and part Allotment 23 of Subdivision 3,
Hamlin’s Grant, situate in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District :
Bounded towards the north-east and north-west generally by
Allotment 11 of Subdivision 3, Hamlin’s Grant, 125-72, 250-37,
1091-46, 574-6, and 936-7 links; towards the north-east,
east, south-east, and again north-east by Allotment 1 of
Subdivision 3, Hamlin’s Grant, 998-3, 1208-5, 235, and 270
links respectively; again towards the north-east by the
Panmure Road, 50 links; towards the south, south-west,
south-east, and again south by other part Allotment 23 and
Allotments 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, and 12, all of Sub-
division 3, Hamlin’s Grant, 46-8, 271-7, 345, and 2196-8 links
respectively; and towards the west generally by the Great
South Road, 229-3 and 475-79 links; be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plans marked L and S. 1/503, 1/503A, and
1/503B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North

Changing the Purpose of Part of a Reserve in Waitemata
Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of
February, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for an
endowment for or towards the maintenance and support of
the lunatic and other asylums within the Province of Auck-
land :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reserva-
tion over such land shall be changed to a reserve for quarry
purposes :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven
of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act,
1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of
the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
changed from an endowment for or towards the maintenance
and support of the lunatic and other asylums within the
Province of Auckland to a reserve for quarry purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the City of Auckland containing by ad-
measurement 75 acres, more or less, being part Allotment
20, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland, Block XVI, Waitemata
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated
on plan marked L. and S. 6/5/290A, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland Plan S.O. 30611.)

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks,
Acts, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for a
site for public buildings of the local governing body over the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

towards the north-west and north-east by other part Allotment
184, Titirangi Parish, 19-49 links and 141-87 links respec-
tively; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
6/1/128A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Council.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of
February, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is
a reserve for gravel purposes, and is vested in the
Springs County Council :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said
land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the
Springs County Council has duly consented to such can-
cellation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of
section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the
Springs County Council of the land described in the Schedule
hereto.
