Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License
under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.


Manufacture for Sale of Footwear.

An application has been received from Messrs. Campbell
and Hoggard, Ponsonby Road, Auckland, for a license
to commence to carry on the above industry to the extent of
manufacturing women’s footwear, men’s footwear, and
children’s footwear, also men’s, women’s, and children’s
sandals by the machine-sewn, veldtschoen, and fairstitch
methods.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by
the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish them in writing not later than the 5th January, 1942.

storekeepers: T. J. Cockburn, Middlemarch, I G.
Dryden, Owaka, A. P. Dolamore, Kelso, Waitaki Supply
Stores, Ltd., Kurow, and O. C. Gould, Hampden, to commence
to carry on the retail sale of wet fish from their respective
premises.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish them in writing not later than the 5th January,
1942.

Durham Street, Tauranga, for a license to take fish
for sale by means of the fishing-vessel “Kotahi,” using
set-nets, drag-nets, long lines, hand-lines, and crayfish-pots,
catches to be landed at Tauranga.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish them in writing not later than the 5th January, 1942.

existing license so as to enable him to operate out of Gisborne
with the fishing-vessel “Lady Aisla,” using trawl-nets,
set-nets, drag-nets, long lines, and hand-lines, catches to
be landed at Gisborne.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
furnish them in writing not later than the 5th January, 1942.

to be landed at Napier as previously.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected
by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application,
and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must
