SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Canterbury Land District, in the City of Christchurch, known as Vogel Street, fronting part Rural Section 41, City of Christchurch. As the same is more particularly delineated and shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 112535, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Macnee Street, in the City of Dunedin exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of Macnee Street adjoining Lots 85 and 86, D.P. 53, Township of West Dunedin, such land being comprised and described in Certificates of Title, Register-book Volume 28, folio 267, and Volume 41, folio 209 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Macnee Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Macnee Street, fronting Lots 85 and 86, Deposited Plan 53, Township of West Dunedin, and being parts Suburban Section 94, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112759, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Blenheim–Nelson State Highway in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

“ The Main Highways Board, being the authority having control of the Blenheim–Nelson State Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of the said highway fronting part Sections 11 and 12, District of Suburban North, Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District, contained in C.T. 60/221 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Blenheim–Nelson State Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Blenheim–Nelson State Highway, fronting part Sections 11 and 12, District of Suburban North, Block IX, Wakapuaka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111085, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Benoit Street, in the Borough of Akaroa, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Akaroa Borough Council on the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz. :
“ That the Akaroa Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Akaroa, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of the portion of Benoit Street adjoining Lots 1 and 2, part Town Section 20, shown on the tracing prepared by Mr. J. L. Davis, of Christchurch, Registered Surveyor, being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 238, folio 149 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Benoit Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Akaroa, known as Benoit Street, fronting part Town Section 20. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112242, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
