Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of December, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Maromaku Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Lot 1, D.P. 29882, being part Section 71, Block V, Hukerenui Survey District: Area, 5 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Kawhia Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kawhia Domain Board.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 20, Block I, Te Puru Township, Block X, Kawhia North Survey District: Area, 35 perches, more or less.
Section 21, Block I, Te Puru Township, Block X, Kawhia North Survey District: Area, 1 rood 10·2 perches, more or less.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Gisborne Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Titirangi Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 26·26 perches, more or less, being Lot 6 on D.P. 2004, and being part of Kaiti 337¹ Block, situated in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, Borough of Gisborne, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 61, folio 113, Gisborne Registry.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 6 acres 3 roods 30·16 perches, more or less, being Subdivision 7B of Kaiti 337¹ Block, situated in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, Borough of Gisborne, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 65, folio 125, Gisborne Registry.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Kaikoura Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Kaikoura Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that parcel of land containing 6 acres 3 roods 27·5 perches, more or less, situated in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, being part of Section 133, District of Kaikoura Suburban, and being also all the land in plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Blenheim as No. 1408, Certificate of Title, Volume 40, folio 117.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Vogel Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 3rd day of December, 1941.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, viz.:

“ The Christchurch City Council, having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of that portion of Vogel Street fronting subdivision of part Rural Section 41, being land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 37, folio 45 ”;
