At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of December, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Francis Summerheys Driller,
Clarence Godfrey Sincock, and
Kenneth Yorston Miller

to be the Birchville Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. F. S. Driller, corner of Miro and Kowhai Streets, Birchville, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—BIRCHVILLE DOMAIN.

ALL those areas containing 5 acres 0 roods 22-66 perches, more or less, being Sections 1, 22, 23, 24, Block I, and Section 33, Block II, Town of Birchville Extension No. 4. As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/1091/A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
