Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the said Act, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising in New Zealand by the said local authority of the said sum up to the amount of eight hundred pounds (£800) for the purpose for which the said loan was authorized, and in giving such consent doth hereby determine as follows :-
(1) The term for which the said sum or any part thereof may be borrowed shall not exceed twenty (20) years.
(2) The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said sum or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding three pounds fifteen shillings (£3 15s.) per centum per annum.
(3) The said sum or any part thereof, together with interest thereon, shall be repaid by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalments extending over the term as determined in (1) above.
(4) The payment of such instalments shall be made in New Zealand, and no such instalments shall be paid out of loan-moneys.
(5) The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and procurement fees in respect of the borrowing of the said sum or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any amount raised.
(6) No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the nineteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and subject to the determinations as to borrowing and repayment therein set out, consent was given to the raising by the Palmerston North Hospital Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) of the sum of twenty-six thousand pounds (£26,000) by a loan to be known as Nurses’ Home Additions Loan, 1941 (hereinafter called “the said loan”) :
And whereas the said loan has not yet been raised and it is expedient to vary the determinations in respect thereof :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said loan by prescribing that in lieu of repayment by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalments of principal and interest, as specified in clause three of the said Order in Council, the said loan shall be repaid by the half-yearly redemption of debentures on the dates set out in the first column of the Schedule hereunder of the amounts stated opposite each such date in the second column of the said Schedule.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published in the Gazette of the second day of December of that year, the control of a reserve for aerodrome purposes in the Otago Land District was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the Frankton Aerodrome Board, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that John Slater Royds, should be appointed a member of the said Board :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said

to be a member of the Frankton Aerodrome Board, constituted by the Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, hereinbefore referred to.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Parnassus Domain.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the twelfth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, and published in Gazette of the seventh day of January, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven, the Conway Domain Board was constituted and appointed to control the Conway Domain, in pursuance of section twelve of the Public Domains Act, 1881 :-
And whereas it is desired to change the name of the said Conway Domain to Parnassus Domain :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, from and after the date hereof, be known as the Parnassus Domain ; and, with the like advice and consent as aforesaid, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the twelfth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, hereinbefore referred to, and doth hereby appoint
Laurence Alexander Bain,
Thomas Wilkinson,
James Stevenson,
John Frederic Macfarlane,
Erik Rutherford, and
William Laurence Foster
to be the Parnassus Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act.
The first meeting of the said Board shall be held on Tuesday, the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at eight o’clock p.m., at the Schoolroom, Parnassus.
