of section 49 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, been pleased to make the following
appointments:

  to be a member of the Leithfield Domain Board in place of

Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Te Kowhai Bobby

Calf Marketing Pool Area.
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations
1939, I, Walter Nash, Minister of Marketing, being
satisfied that a sufficient majority of producers in the area
of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that
such area should be declared to be part of the Te Kowhai
Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area defined by notices given
under my hand on the 23rd day of May, 1939, and the 10th
day of July, 1939, and published in the Gazette on the 25th
day of May, 1939, at page 1547, and on the 11th day of
July, 1939, at page 1978, respectively, do hereby declare
the additional area of land defined in the said Schedule to
be part of the Te Kowhai Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area
accordingly, and I do hereby further declare that this notice
shall take effect on the 15th day of August, 1940.

SCHEDULE.
TE KOWHAI BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.--
ADDITIONAL AREA.
ALL that area of land situated within the Waipa County
and commencing at the point where the railway-line crosses
the Hamilton borough boundary in the southern portion of
Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District; thence proceeding
in a generally southerly direction along the Hamilton Borough
boundary to the road forming the southern boundaries of
Sections 11 and 13, Block I, Hamilton Survey District;
thence along the said road in a westerly direction to the
road forming the western boundary of Section 13 aforesaid ;
thence along the said road in a generally north-easterly
direction to the northern corner of Section 6, Block I,
Hamilton Survey District; thence continuing in a north-
westerly direction along the road running parallel with the
railway-line to the boundary of the Te Kowhai Bobby Calf
Marketing Pool Area as previously gazetted; thence con-
tinuing round the said boundary in a generally easterly and
south-easterly direction to the point where the railway-line
crosses the Hamilton Borough boundary in the southern
portion of Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, being
the original point of commencement.
