Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks XI and XV, Rewa Survey District, Masterton County.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Rewa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

A. R. P. 1 2 24-5 Lot 2, D.P. 1044I, being part Sections 690 and 691, and land shown on D.P. 8893, being other part Sections 690 and 691 (Whareama Block R.D.). (S.O. 20233.) XI Rewa.. .. P.W.D. 106422 Green.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of June, 1940.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105346, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
