A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Wainuioru Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Dunedin described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 1 perch. Being portion of Lot 9, D.P. 1794, and being part Rural Section 204, Township of Fitzherbert.
Situated in Block XV, Kairanga Survey District. (S.O. 3319.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104127, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1·55 perches. Being portion of Subdivision K of Section 2, Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIII, Belmont Survey District (Borough of Petone). (S.O. 20229.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway.
