Land proclaimed as Road in Block V, Arawaru Survey District,
Horowhenua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in
Arawaru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 2 3 Manawatu-Kukutanaki 2a No. 5, 2a No. 11,
and 2a Railway Reserve ; coloured red.
1 2 15 Manawatu-Kukutanaki 2a No. 4, 2a No. 3,
2a Railway Reserve, and 2a Railway
Reserve ; coloured blue.
6 1 20 Manawatu-Kukutanaki 2a No. 12 : coloured
red.
8 1 5 Manawatu-Kukutanaki 2a No. 1 and 2a
Railway Reserve ; coloured blue.

Situated in Block V, Arawatu Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104126,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
June, 1940.
