Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tangimoana Domain.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of January, 1940.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Alexander Robert Wynne Scott,
Percy Philip Stevens,
Hazzen Taylor,
James Leith Stuart,
Joseph Christopher Johnson,
James Ritchie Mochan, and
Edmund John Hicken
to be the Tangimoana Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o’clock p.m. as the time when, and the McKelvie Hall, Tangimoana, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
TANGIMOANA DOMAIN.—WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, being part Section 86, Town of Tangimoana, bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by N.R. 377, 136·13 links; towards the south-east by River Bank Street, 336·27 links; towards the south-west by Domain Parade, 70 links; and towards the north-west by the Rangitikei River.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 33 perches, more or less, being part Section 85, Town of Tangimoana, bounded as follows: Towards the north-east by Domain Parade, 70 links; towards the south-east by River Bank Street, 375 links; and towards the north-west by the Rangitikei River.
Section 3, Block II, Sandy Survey District: Area, 7 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less.
Section 23, Town of Tangimoana Extension No. 1: Area, 10 acres 1 rood 1 perch, more or less.
Section 87, Town of Tangimoana: Area, 2 acres 2 roods, more or less.
Section 88, Town of Tangimoana: Area, 2 acres 3 roods, more or less.
Sections 24 to 34 inclusive, Town of Tangimoana Extension No. 1, Block II, Sandy Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the Borough of Alexandra, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of January, 1940.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Alexandra Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of forty feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the Otago Land District, Borough of Alexandra, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 10·59 perches, more or less, being part Section 3, Block XLIII, Town of Alexandra. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105722, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Glen Road, in the Borough of Greymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 25th day of January, 1940.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Greymouth Borough Council on the second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz.:
“The Greymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Greymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Glen Road coloured green on the tracings produced marked ‘a’”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Glen Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, known as Glen Road, fronting Sections 1592, 1593, and 1613, Block XII, Greymouth Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105934, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
