HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section two hundred and forty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931, and all other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby authorize the disposition to, and the acquisition by the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, of the lands described in the Schedule hereto, notwithstanding the provisions of Part XII of the said Act.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Hutt District, Wellington Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of June, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Lot 9, D.P. 11341, being part of Subdivision 1, Section 36, Hutt District, Block IX, Belmont Survey District : Area, 4.75 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 20520.)

Cancelling the Vesting of Part of a Reserve in the Taihape Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of June, 1940.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is part of a reserve for municipal purposes and is vested in the Taihape Borough Council :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Taihape Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation;
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Taihape Borough Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Taihape, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 17.6 perches, more or less, being part of Section 84, Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, and being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 192, folio 176, Wellington Registry. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by Railway land 1344 links and 218.3 links; towards the south and south-east by a public road 175.1 links and 300.41 links; generally towards the south by other part of the said Section 84, Block XIV, Ohinewairua Survey District, distance 371.69 links bearing 268° 28', distance 90.23 links bearing 293° 59' 40", distance 524.86 links bearing 313° 37'; and towards the south-west by the aforesaid public road 161.04 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Greymouth Survey District, Westland Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of June, 1940.

HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for harbour-endowment purposes :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for harbour-endowment purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 6 acres 1 rood 21.7 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 1426, Block XII, Grey-mouth Survey District, situated in the Borough of Greymouth, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 33, D.P. 415, and proceeding along the north-western side of Coakley Street and by that line produced bearing 313° 09' for 628.2 links to the old high-water mark of the Tasman Sea ; thence along the said old high-water mark bearing 23° 13' for 761.49 links ; thence by lines bearing 122° 48' for 64.3 links, 68° 18' for 59.14 links, 125° 34' for 806.58 links, and 223° 09' for 187.49 links to the northern extremity of Collins Street ; thence bearing 223° 09' for 700 links along the abutment of Collins Street and the north-western boundary of Lots 28 to 33 inclusive, D.P. 415, to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 5381A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
