REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY.
2nd Lieutenant (temporary) R. R. Miller ceases to be posted to the 1st Field Battery and is posted to the 20th Light Battery, with seniority from 28th November, 1939. Dated 9th May, 1940.
William Carleton Haythorn-Thwaite to be 2nd Lieutenant (temporary), and is posted to the 20th Light Battery, with seniority next below 2nd Lieutenant (temporary) O. J. Cooke. Dated 15th April, 1940.

CORPS OF N.Z. ENGINEERS.
Captain E. I. Hubbard, 2nd Field Company, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 5. Dated 8th May, 1940.
2nd Lieutenant (on probation) C. M. Taylor, B.Sc., A.M.I.E.E., A.M.N.Z.I.E., from the Auckland Regiment (Countess of Ranfurly's Own), to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), with seniority from 15th September, 1939, and is posted to the 1st Field Company. Dated 3rd May, 1940.
Frederick Magnus Dahl to be 2nd Lieutenant (temporary), and is posted to the 2nd Field Company. Dated 19th April, 1940.
