A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Omapere and Kawakawa Survey Districts described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Frankton Township described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 20 perches.
Adjoining Sections 3 and 4, block XXXIII, Town of Frankton (Otago R.D.). (S.O. F 14.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.106260, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Clive Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 10 acres 3 roods 10 perches.
Adjoining road and high-water mark.
Situated in Block V, Clive Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1242, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107117, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1940.
