A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the
land in Otahoa Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
1 acre 2 roods 27·3 perches.
Being portion of Lot 18, D.P. 1552, being part Te Weraiti
Block, coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods
18·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 21, D.P. 1552, being part
Te Weraiti Block, coloured green.
All situated in Block VI, Otahoa Survey District. (S.O.
20487.)
All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
107243, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
May, 1940.

All in the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.

Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.
