A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere
Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the
Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as
street:

0 0 0.94 Lot 8, D.P. 1704, being part Section 44,
Fitzroy District.
0 0 0.32 Lot 22, D.P. 1704, being part Section 44,
Fitzroy District.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District. (S.O.
7863.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106964,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
May, 1940.
