Adding to the Outer Area of the Waitomo Electric-power
District Part of the Outer Area of the Te Awamutu Electric-
power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me
by section three of the Electric-power Boards Amendment
Act, 1927, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise
enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount
Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby declare that the area more particularly described
in the Schedule hereto, being part of the existing Outer Area
of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District, shall be included
in and form part of the Outer Area of the Waitomo Electric-
power District as from the first day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District,
Otorohanga County, situated in Blocks III and IV, Orahiri
Survey District, bounded : Commencing at the south-
western corner of part Otorohanga 2c 2B Block; thence
in an easterly direction generally along the southern bound-
ary of the aforesaid block, and the southern boundary of
Section 5, Block III, Orahiri Survey District, to the south-
western boundary of Section 6, Block IV, Orahiri Survey
District; thence in a south-easterly direction generally
along the south-western boundary of Section 6 aforesaid,
to and across a public road, and along a right line through
Sections 7B and 8A, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District,
to the south-western corner of Section 26, Block IV, Orahiri
Survey District; thence along the southern boundaries of
Sections 26 and 29, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, to
the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence in a westerly direction generally along the northern
and western boundaries of Otorohanga 2QE Block to a
public road and along the northern side of that road to a
point opposite the north-eastern corner of Section 9, Block
IV, Orahiri Survey District; thence in a southerly direction
generally, across that public road and along the western
and southern boundaries of Section 9 aforesaid, to the north-
western boundary of Orahiri 2 Section 4B 2; thence along
the generally north-western boundary of the Orahiri Block
to the westernmost corner of Orahiri 2 Section 5B 2A Block;
thence in a northerly direction generally along the north-
eastern boundary of Lot 1 of Section 12, Block III, Orahiri
Survey District, to the Te Raumauhu Road, across that
road and along the north-western side of that road to the
easternmost corner of Section 9, Block III, Orahiri Survey
District; thence continuing in a northerly direction along
the north-eastern boundary of Section 9 aforesaid, to and
along the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of Section
7, Block III, Orahiri Survey District, to the south-western
corner of part Otorohanga 2c 2B Block, the point of com-
mencement. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 107212, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of
May, 1940.

Crown Land set apart for the Wellington-Napier via Wai-
rarapa Railway (Mangamanaia Overbridge) in Block IV,
Woodville Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every
other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this
behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the Crown land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Wellington-
Napier via Wairarapa Railway; and I do also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart :
31 perches.
Being closed road adjoining Railway land.
Situated in Block IV, Woodville Survey District (Hawke's
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1215, green.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101507,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
May, 1940.
