A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 5 acres 1 rood 13·9 perches.
Being portion of Section 2, Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30459.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 104445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land : 1 acre 1 rood 16·8 perches. Adjoining on passing through Block VI, Te Awahou Block. Situated in Block IX, Mount Robinson Survey District. (S.O. 20112.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington-Napier Railway.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 9·51 perches. Being part Lot 2, D.P. 6278, being part Suburban Section 53, Awatoto. Situated in Block I, Clive Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1186, green.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98735, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
