SCHEDULE.

THOSE proposed streets in the Auckland Land District,
Town District of Mount Maunganui, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 34.8 perches, more or less, being part
Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 50, 51, 52, 53, and 54, D.P. 6922,
being portion of Section 9, Block VII, Tauranga Survey
District. As the same are more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 103652, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Caroline Street and Portions of Wakari, Blantyre, Cathcart,
and Polwarth Roads, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from
the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928,
subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day
of April, 1940.

Present:

THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth
day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine,
viz.:-

“‘That the Dunedin City Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the City of
Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned
portions of streets, viz.:-

“(a) The south-eastern side of portion of Wakari
Road, abutting on part Lot 69 and Lots 71
and 73, Wakari Survey District.

“(b) The north-western side of portion of Blantyre
Road, abutting on part Lot 69, Wakari
Survey District.

“(c) The eastern, south-eastern, and southern side of
the whole of Cathcart Road, abutting on
part Lots 83, 85, and 87, Wakari Survey
District.

“(d) The western, north-western, and northern side
of portion of Cathcart Road, abutting on part
Lots 83, 85, and 87, Wakari Survey District.

“(e) The south-western side of portion of Polwarth
Road, abutting on part Lots 83, 85, and 87,
Wakari Survey District.

“(f) The north-eastern and north-western side of the
whole of Caroline Street, abutting on part
Lots 83 and 85, Wakari Survey District, and

“(g) The south-western and south-eastern side of the
whole of Caroline Street, abutting on Lot 73
and part Lots 83 and 85, Wakari Survey
District”';

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions
of streets (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance
of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said streets.

SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street in the
Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Wakari
Road, fronting part Section 69 and Sections 71 and 73,
Wakari District.

Also the north-western side of all that portion of street
in the said land district and city, known as Blantyre Road,
fronting part Section 69, Wakari District.

Also the south-western side of all that portion of street in
the said land district and city, known as Polwarth Road,
fronting parts Sections 83, 85, and 87, Wakari District.

Also all that street in the said land district and city, known
as Caroline Street, fronting Section 73 and parts Sections 83
and 85, Wakari District.

Also all that portion of street in the said land district and
city, known as Cathcart Road, adjoining or passing through
parts Sections 83, 85, and 87, Wakari District, shown A-B on
plan.

Also the south-eastern side of all that portion of the said
Cathcart Street fronting part Section 83, Wakari District,
shown B-C on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 105524, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

A Road off Lower Lincoln Road, in the County of Halswell,
exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public
Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-
line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day
of April, 1940.

Present:

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council

twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-nine, viz:-

“The Halswell County Council, being the local
authority having control of the roads in the County of
Halswell, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to either side of the road
through the land in part C.T. 414/5, part R.S. 141,
Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the road
(described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-
three feet from the centre-line of the said road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road, situated in the Canterbury Land District,
County of Halswell, fronting parts Rural Section 141, Block
XIV. Christchurch Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106604,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red and yellow.

North-western Side of Portion of Coney Hill Road, in the
