A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otama Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 3 roods 34 perches.

Being portion of Dacre's Grant.

Situated in Block X, Otama Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30068.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105966, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1940.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 1 acre 2 roods 1 perch.

Being portion of Section 5, Block V, Rotoma Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. plan 30116.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103671, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 2 roods 8 perches.

Adjoining Sections 61 and 81, Block VI, Town of Wyndham. (S.O. plan R. 732.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/363, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2874, and thereon coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority contained in section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby abolish the Orahiri Drainage District.

Altering Boundaries of Mangapu Drainage District, Counties of Otorohanga and Waitomo.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of May, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Land Drainage Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the Mangapu Drainage District are hereby altered so as to include therein the area of land described in the First Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby further declare that the boundaries of the said drainage district, with such alteration as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.
