A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tarawera Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:

1 1 13·2 Owhatiura South part No. 4 Section 2B on D.P. 7049; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:

All situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30256.)

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103909, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Otahoua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103519, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Orieni Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 21 acres. Being portion of Section 2 (part Small Grazing Run 38). Situated in Block VIII, Orieni Survey District. In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106680, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Avon Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 16 perches. Being portion of Section 14 of Block I, Wairau Valley District. Situated in Block II, Avon Survey District. (S.O. 1681/77.) In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106748, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1940.
