Additional Land taken for a Native School, in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Native school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 10·7 perches.

Being portion of Mangamuka West 3L No. 3 Block.

Situated in Block XIV, Maungataniwha Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30333.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105042, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1940.

Land taken for a Worker’s Dwelling in Block VI, Mangaone Survey District, Ekatahuna County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a worker’s dwelling and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ekatahuna as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 1 rood 29 perches.

Being portion of Section 33, Block VI, Mangaone Survey District. (S.O. 20278.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106119, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Puniu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
