SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting parts Section 60 and part Section 61, District of Motueka, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106115, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Clyde Street, in the County of Taieri, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taieri County Council on the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty (in so far as it affects the portion and side of road described in the Schedule hereto), viz.:

“ The Taieri County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taieri, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Clyde Street, adjoining Sections 68, 69, and 70, Township of Mosgiel Junction ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of portion of Clyde Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.


SCHEDULE.

THE north-western side of all that portion of road, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Taieri, known as Clyde Street, fronting Lots 68, 69, and 70, D.P. 33, Township of Mosgiel Junction, being part Country Sections 53R, 32, and 33, Irregular Block, East Taieri District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106486, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern and South-western Sides of Portion of Wolseley Street, in the Borough of Mount Albert, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Mount Albert Borough Council on the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine (in so far as it affects the portion and sides of street described in the Schedule hereto), viz.:

“ That the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves that that portion of Wolseley Street fronting Lots 57, 58, 59, and 60 and Lots 18 and 19 of Allotment 170 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, comprised in C.T. 561/260, be exempted from the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928 ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern and south-western sides of the portion of Wolseley Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-one feet six inches from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern and south-western sides of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Albert, known as Wolseley Street, fronting Lots 18, 19, 57, 58, 59, and 60 of Section 1 of a subdivision of part Allotment 170, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103915, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Walton Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1940.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz.:

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of Walton Street, abutting on Lot 52, Deeds Plan 85, Township of Linden, Upper Kaikorai Survey District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Walton Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Walton Street, fronting Lot 52, Deeds Plan 85, Township of Linden, being part Sections 4 and 6, Block III, Upper Kaikorai District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106526, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
