ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of March, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Albert Joseph Lilley,
George Ernest Julian,
Frank Gore Sole,
Charles Stuart Muir,
John Aylward,
Joseph Alois Mcier, and
Patrick Brophy
to be the Warea Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-second day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Warea Domain Pavilion as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
WAREA DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 18 acres 3 roods, more or less, being part of Section 16, Block IV, Cape Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 80, folio 215, Taranaki Registry.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Shelley Beach Road, in the City of Auckland, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
That proposed street, in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 18 perches, more or less, being portion of Lot 6 of Allotment 12 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, and portion of Lot 7 of Allotment 13 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland (D.P. 578). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101449, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Mere Mere Street, in the Borough of Timaru, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1940.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Timaru Borough Council on the fifteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty, viz.:
“That the Timaru Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Timaru, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the northern side of the street known as Mere Mere Street fronting Lot 6, D.P. 12, Borough of Timaru ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of portion of Mere Mere Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

The northern side of all that portion of street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Timaru, known as Mere Mere Street, fronting Lot 6, D.P. 12, being part Rural Section 1959. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106493, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 3rd day of April, 1940.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimca County Council on the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz.:
“That the Waimca County Council, being the local authority having control over the roads within the Waimca County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of the road fronting the southern boundary of part Sections 60 and 61, Motueka Original, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District, as shown on plan prepared by F. A. C. Staig, Registered Surveyor, and coloured red thereon. (H. O. Drummond)”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
