A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a pumice-pit; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97498, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of March, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 39.2 perches.
Being part Rural Section 4334.
Situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106116, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 36.5 perches.
Being part Section 9, Reserve 1650.
Situated in Block IV, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7088.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 103197, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1940.
