Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road, in Blocks I and II, Kopuaranga Survey District (Mauriceville Overbridge).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Kopuaranga Contract) by a Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five, at page 349, but is not now required for such purpose) shall upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette become road and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1940.

Crown Land set apart for an Aerodrome in Block II, Motu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:

1 acre 0 roods 5·2 perches.

Being closed road adjoining or passing through Whakapau-pakihi No. 4 Block.

Situated in Block II, Motu Survey District (Gisborne R.D.).

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100337, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Wellington-Napier Railway; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:

1 acre 1 rood 24·6 perches.

Being closed road adjoining railway land and part Lot 6, D.P. 1738, being part Block 14, Waipukurau Crown Grant District.

Situated in Block XV, Waipukurau Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1179.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98439, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of March, 1940.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:

1 acre 0 roods 17·7 perches.

Being portion of Section 521, Block I, Arawata Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4178.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105289, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of March, 1940.
