LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional certificate of title in the name of MURIEL AGNES POLSON, of Wanganui, Spinster, for all that parcel of land containing 16 acres 1 rood 36 perches, more or less, known as Waipuna-Puharakeke No. 2, Block XIII, Mangawhero Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 79, folio 129, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificates of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the provisional certificates of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
