EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 358, folio 63 (Auckland Registry), for that parcel of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 10 perches, situated in Block VI of the Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being that portion of Matata Parish, Lot 72, now called Matata Parish, Lot 72B No. 3B No. 4B, whereof GEORGE POWELL, of Te Teko, Farmer, is the registered proprietor, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 21st day of March, 1940.
