Zealand Artillery, relinquishes command of the 2nd
Artillery Brigade Group on being seconded for duty
with the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force.

Lieutenant-Colonel G. Lyon, M.C., E.D., Regiment of
New Zealand Artillery, is appointed to command the
2nd Artillery Brigade Group. Dated 7th February, 1940.

on being appointed Camp Commandant, Papakura
