BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Eastbourne Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Eastbourne Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Eastbourne containing by admeasurement 51 acres 3 roods 22·3 perches, more or less, as delineated on the plan marked S.O. 20330 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon bordered red, being Lot 4 on plan No. 9745; Lots 1 and 2 on plan No. 9990; parts of Lot 2 on plan No. 1243; part of Lot 2 on plan No. 4859; and parts of Lot 1 on plan No. 8258; which said plans are deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, being parts of Sections 37 and 39, Harbour Registration District, Block XVI, Belmont Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 469, folio 285, Wellington Land Registry.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Whangaroa County Council to be the Waikoura Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Whangaroa County Council Chambers, Kaeo, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Felix Stuart Hindmarsh Bolton, William Robert Taylor, William Fulton, Albert Holmes Ellumers, and William Olsen to be the Kohinui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Kohinui Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
