Alteration of Boundary.

In the matter of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, and in the matter of the special area defined by resolution of the Board dated the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of the 26th day of April, 1923, and as altered under the provisions of section 5, Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, by resolutions of the Christchurch Drainage Board dated the 15th day of February, 1927, the 21st day of June, 1927, the 16th day of April, 1930, the 16th day of February, 1932, the 21st day of March, 1933, the 19th day of November, 1935, the 26th day of May, 1936, the 25th day of June, 1936, the 22nd day of June, 1937, the 23rd day of November, 1937, the 22nd day of March, 1938, the 27th day of September, 1938, the 28th day of March, 1939, the 31st day of October, 1939, the 28th day of May, 1940, the 23rd day of July, 1940, and published in the New Zealand Gazettes Nos. 37, 11, 54, 37, 14; 23,

FIFTH SCHEDULE.

All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District as contained within the boundary hereinafter described :—

Commencing at a point on the right bank of the River Heathcote at its intersection with the southern side of Rose Street and proceeding in a south-easterly and north-easterly direction along the said right bank to a point in prolongation of a line forming the north-eastern boundary of Lot 5, Deposit Plan 1968 ; thence north-westerly to the eastern corner and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 5 to the northern corner thereof; thence south-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Lot 5 and Lots 6 and 7, Deposit Plan 1968, to the western corner of the said Lot 7 ; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 12, Deposit Plan 1968, to the southern side of Rose Street; thence in a westerly direction along the southern side of Rose Street to the commencing point.

SIXTH SCHEDULE.

All that area of land situated in the Christchurch Survey District as contained within the boundary hereinafter described :—

Commencing at a point on the Papanui Drain at the western corner of the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 143, folio 256, such point being on the boundary of the special area as defined by resolution of the Board bearing date the 17th day of April, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 37 dated the 26th day of April, 1923, and proceeding north-easterly generally along the said boundary to a point on the eastern boundary of Lot 1, Deposit Plan 3295, such point being 269.5 links distant from the southern side of Winters Road; thence westerly along a line parallel to and distant 250 links from the southern side of Winters Road to a point on the prolongation of a line forming the north-western boundary of Lot 13, Deposit Plan 7349; thence south-westerly along the said line to and across Tuttons Road to the northern corner of the said Lot 13, Deposit Plan 7349; thence south-easterly along the south-western side of Tuttons Road to the northern corner of Lot 16, Deposit Plan 7349; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 16 to the southern corner thereof; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 15, Deposit Plan 7349, to the northern corner of Lot 21, Deposit Plan 2573; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 21, Deposit Plan 2573, to the north-eastern side of Meadow Street; thence across Meadow Street to the northern corner of Lot 2, Deposit Plan 8649; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 2, Deposit Plan 8649, to the western corner thereof; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lot 1, Deposit Plan 8649, and Lots 16 and 14, Deposit Plan 2573, to the western corner of the said Lot 14; thence south-westerly in a straight line to and across Greens Road to the northern corner of Lot 9, Deposit Plan 3068; thence in the same direction along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 9 to the western corner thereof; thence continuing in a straight line in the same direction to the Papanui Drain at the eastern corner of Lot 22, Deposit Plan 8603; thence south-easterly along the said Papanui Drain to the commencing point.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1922, section 5, the Christchurch Drainage Board hereby resolves that the boundary of the special area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said special area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto; and further resolves that the said area shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision B of the said special area and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision B shall be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

SCHEDULE 1.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 3.9 perches, more or less, and being Lot 1 and part Lot 2, Plan No. 8731, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, and being part Rural Section 54, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District; being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 427, folio 271, Canterbury Registry.

SCHEDULE 2.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 1 rood 39.8 perches, more or less, and being Lot 2, Plan No. 8387, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, part Rural Section 54, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 395, folio 80, Canterbury Registry.
