The notice published in New Zealand Gazette No. 100, dated 26th September, 1939, relative to Lieutenant L. G. Brown, is cancelled, and the following substituted :—

2ND N.Z. DIVISIONAL CAVALRY REGIMENT.
Lieutenant-Colonel K. L. Stewart, O.B.E., N.Z.S.C., is posted to the 2nd N.Z. Divisional Cavalry Regiment, and remains seconded while performing the duties of G.S.O. 1, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division. Dated 5th January, 1940.
N.Z. ARTILLERY.
Lieutenant-Colonel W. G. Stevens, R.N.Z.A., is posted to N.Z. Artillery, and remains seconded while performing the duties of A.A. and Q.M.G., Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division. Dated 5th February, 1940.
Major C. S. J. Duff, R.N.Z.A., is posted to N.Z. Artillery, and is appointed Officer Commanding (temp.) 34th Battery, 7th Anti-tank Regiment. Dated 21st September, 1939.
Major C. S. J. Duff, R.N.Z.A., is appointed Officer Commanding 34th Battery, 7th Anti-tank Regiment. Dated 5th January, 1940.
Major C. S. J. Duff, R.N.Z.A., relinquishes the appointment of Officer Commanding 34th Battery, 7th Anti-tank Regiment, and is appointed Brigade Major, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Divisional Artillery. Dated 6th May, 1940.
NOTE.—The appointment of this officer as Brigade Major, Headquarters, Divisional Artillery, which appears in New Zealand Gazette No. 1, dated 11th January, 1940, is hereby cancelled.
Captain A. V. Jenkins, 4th Field Regiment, N.Z. Artillery, relinquishes the appointment of Quartermaster, is promoted Major, and is appointed Officer Commanding 34th Battery, 7th Anti-tank Regiment. Dated 1st May, 1940.
