SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Okeover Street, fronting part Rural Section 101, City of Christchurch. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101656, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Portion of Dunblane Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of February, 1939.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Dunblane Street abutting on Allotment 21 and part Allotment 20, D.P. 858, Township of Bishops court ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Dunblane Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Dunblane Street, fronting Lot 21 and part Lot 20 (D.P. 858), Township of Bishops court, being part Section 3, Block III, Upper Kaikorai District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101762, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of Murphy’s Road, in the County of Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of February, 1939.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion; doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hutt County Council on the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :—

“ The Hutt County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road known as Murphy’s Road, 50 links wide, through Section 97, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve, Block III, Belmont Survey District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of Murphy’s Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, County of Hutt, known as Murphy’s Road, adjoining or passing through Section 97, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve, Block III, Belmont Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101244, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Signal Hill Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of portions of Signal Hill Road abutting on part Section 48, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District, part of the said land being Allotment 1, L.T.P. 5178 ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern sides of the portions of Signal Hill Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE southern sides of all those portions of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Signal Hill Road, fronting parts Section 48, Block IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101512, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
