PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Waikato Development Scheme.

ALL that area of Native land in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District, situate in Block XIII, Mangaone Survey District, and known as the Makirikiri No. 8A Block, containing 2 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being part of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 210, folio 121, Wellington Registry.

ALL that area of Native land in the Aotea Native Land Court District, situate in Block VIII, Cape Survey District, and known as the Parihaka 26C Block, containing approximately 21 acres 3 roods 36·1 perches.

ALL that area of Native land situate in the Aotea Native Land Court District and known as the Waiotama No. 9c No. 1 Block, containing 35 acres 0 roods 9 perches, more or less, being part of Section 98, Block XII, Cape Survey District, and being all of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 111, folio 89, Taranaki Registry.

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notices respectively dated the 11th and 31st days of August, 1931, and published in Gazette Nos. 61 and 64 of the 20th day of August and the 3rd day of September, 1931, at pages 2326 and 2542, declaring the Karamu F 2 and other blocks and the Karamu F 3 and other blocks to be subject to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), by excluding therefrom the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto.

NEW ZEALAND.—NORTH ISLAND.—AUCKLAND HARBOUR.

Stanley Bay: Protected Anchorage altered.

Previous Notice: No. 85 of 1915 hereby cancelled.

Position: Lat., 36° 49′7 S.; long., 174° 47′ E. (approx.).

Details: The boundary-lines of the protected yacht and launch anchorage, Area No. 3, in Stanley Bay, have been altered and the area is now enclosed by the east side of Stanley Bay Wharf, thence by a line from the south-east corner of the landing-stage at the end of the Stanley Bay Wharf to the north-west corner of Calliope Wharf west, thence by a line 019½° to the shore.
