Crown Land in the Auckland Land District set apart for the
Purposes of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, George
Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of
Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-BOROUGH OF HAMILTON.
SECTION 364, Town of Hamilton East : Area, 1 acre l rood
15.56 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
July, 1939.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga
and Bay of Islands Counties, containing by admeasurement
971 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Sections 3, 6, and 9,
Block XIV, Omapere Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan No. 5/22, deposited in the
Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and
thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
July, 1939.

set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a
permanent State forest.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-AUCKLAND FOREST-
CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga
County, containing by admeasurement 362 acres 3 roods,
more or less, and being Section 38, Block III, Mangamuka
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated
on plan No. 5/23, deposited in the Head Office of the State
Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of

CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Waikato and
Piako Counties, containing by admeasurement 1,287 acres
1 rood 35 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks III, IV,
VII, and VIII, Hapuakohe Survey District, being Allot-
ment 474 C 1, Taupiri Parish, and Hoe-o-Tainui North
No. 5B 2, No. 6B 2J 2, and part of No. 6B 2J 1 Blocks, and
bounded generally as follows: Towards the north by
Sections 3s and 4s, Tainui Settlement; towards the east
by a public road, Section 14, Block VIII, Hapuakohe Survey
District, part of Hoe-o-Tainui North No. 6A 2A Block,
Section 12 of aforesaid Block VIII, and Lot 14 on D.P. 8697:
towards the south by Hoe-o-Tainui North No. 6B 2g 4 Block,
and Section 6 of aforesaid Block VIII: and towards the west
by Allotments 474A 2D, 474 A 1, 474 C 2, 500 (Provisional
State Forest, N.Z. Gazette 1920, page 2117), and 487, all of
Taupiri Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan No. 25/25, deposited in the Head Office of the
State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of
July, 1939.
