Details: On or about the 19th instant a W/T Fog Signal will be established. Wave 291 kc/s (1029·2m). Type: A2. Power: 60 m.-a.

Times of Transmission: During weather of poor visibility, between 6 a.m. and sunset, the signal group will be transmitted every six minutes commencing at the hour.
During clear weather between 6 a.m. and sunset, two complete transmissions of the signal group will be made every hour commencing at 00 and 30 minutes.
During all weathers, between sunset and 6 a.m., the signal group will be transmitted as in weather of poor visibility.
The existing W/T beacon and arrangements will be discontinued on the establishment of the fog signal.

Explosives Anchorage altered.
-
Protected Anchorage for Yachts and Launches established.
(1) Position: Hobson Bay, lat. 36° 51′ S.; long. 174° 48′ E. (approx.).
Alteration: The southern limit of the anchorage for vessels carrying explosives not exceeding ten tons in quantity is to be moved 500 ft., to the northward.
(2) Position: Hobson Bay.
Details: The area enclosed by the following lines has been established as a protected anchorage for yachts and launches:—
Commencing from the shore end of Orakei Wharf; thence along the western side of the wharf to the south-west corner of the wharf tee; thence by a line 252° 2,210 ft. to the new south-east corner of the explosives anchorage; thence by a line 285° 1,500 ft. along the new southern boundary of the explosives anchorage; thence by a line 261° 1,700 ft. to a black buoy; thence by a line 189° 2,350 ft. to the shore.

The Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935.
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 19th day of June, 1939, there was filed in the office of the Supreme Court at Wellington an order made by the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 15th day of June, 1939, ordering that LANCELOT ANTHONY ROGERS, of Sydney, N.S.W. (late of Hawke’s Bay), be suspended from practice as a barrister and solicitor for a period of three years and that he pay the sum of £21 costs.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Mahia Development Scheme.

THE following Native lands in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, situate in Block V, Mahanga Survey District:—
The Oraka 3B Block, containing approximately 16 acres 2 roods 20 perches, being part of the land formerly known as Mahia Rural Section 2 and part Section 2, Block V, Mahanga Survey District (part Lot 3, D.P. 4091), and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B., Vol. 30, folio 42.
The Oraka 4B Block, containing approximately 67 acres 2 roods 22 perches, being part of the land formerly known as Mahia Rural Sections 2 and 3 and Sections 8 and 10 and part Section 7, Block V, Mahanga Survey District (part Lot 4, D.P. 4091), and being part of the land in certificate of title, H.B., Vol. 30, folio 46.
