Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Te Kowhai Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, William Lee Martin, acting for the Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be part of the Te Kowhai Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area defined by notice given under my hand on the 23rd day of May, 1939, and published in the Gazette on the same day, at page 1547, do hereby declare the additional area of land defined in the said Schedule to be part of the Te Kowhai Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area accordingly, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 17th day of July, 1939.

SCHEDULE.

TE KOWHAI BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.—ADDITIONAL AREA.

ALL that area of land lying entirely within the Waipa County and bounded on the west by the Main Trunk Railway-line and on the east by the Waikato River and on the north by the Township of Ngaruawahia and on the south by the northern boundary of the Borough of Hamilton.

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, William Lee Martin, acting for the Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 17th day of July, 1939.

SCHEDULE.

KIWITEA-KIMBOLTON BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land lying entirely within the County of Kiwitea and bounded by a line at the point where the boundary-line between the Counties of Kairanga and Kiwitea crosses the Oroua River; thence continuing along the said boundary-line in a westerly direction to the south-western corner of Section 212, Block VIII, Oroua Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a northerly direction to meet Hayes Road at Section 220, Block VIII, Oroua Survey District; thence continuing along the western boundaries of Sections 220, 222, 224, 226, 228, and 230, Block VIII, Oroua Survey District, to Perry’s Line; thence along the northern boundaries of Sections 202, 201, 200, 199; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 198, 197, 196, 195, 193, 192, 191, Block IV, Oroua Survey District; thence continuing in a straight line to meet the Kiwitea Stream at Section 54, Block XIII, Oroua Survey District; thence continuing along the eastern bank of the said stream in a northerly direction to Section 67, Block XIII, Oroua Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in an easterly direction to the boundary-line between the Counties of Kiwitea and Pohangina at Section 86, Oroua Valley; thence continuing along the said boundary-line in a southerly direction to the point where it meets the boundary-line of the Kairanga County at the Oroua River, the original point of commencement.

SCHEDULE.

ASHHURST-POHANGINA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land lying entirely within the Counties of Oroua and Pohangina and bounded by a line commencing at the point where Watershed Road joins the Ashhurst-Bunnythorpe Road; thence continuing in a northerly direction along the eastern side of Watershed Road to the point where it is met by Ulysses Road; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a north-easterly direction to meet the Ashhurst–Pohangina Road at Section 47, Block VIII, Pohangina Survey District; thence continuing along the said road in a northerly direction to the Township of Pohangina, taking in all farms having direct access to this road on both sides; thence continuing in a northerly direction along Riverbank Road to the point where this road meets Coal Creek, taking in all farms on both sides having direct access to this road; thence from this point taking a straight line across the Pohangina River in an easterly direction to the point of the junction of the Pohangina Valley and Awahou Roads; thence continuing along the latter road in a southerly direction running parallel with the Pohangina River to the junction of No. 4 Line; thence continuing further along the Awahou Road to the point where it meets the Pohangina River and the boundary-line between the counties of Awahou and Pohangina; thence following the said river downstream in a southerly direction to the Township of Ashhurst; thence from this point continuing along the Ashhurst–Bunnythorpe Road towards Bunnythorpe to the point where this road is joined by the Watershed Road, the original point of commencement, taking in all the farms on both sides having direct access to this road.

ALL that area of land lying entirely within the County of Raglan and bounded by a line commencing at the northern head of the Whaingaroa Harbour and thence continuing north along the foreshore to the southern boundary-line of Block XIII, Whaingaroa Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a northerly direction to Kororeka Trig. Station; thence from this point continuing a straight line across country in a south-easterly direction to the eastern corner of Block XIII, Whaingaroa Survey District; thence from this point continuing a straight line across country in a south-westerly direction to Heretu Trig. Station; thence continuing a straight line across country in a southerly direction to Moerangi School-site; thence from this point continuing along Aotea–Waitetuna Road in a westerly direction to Kaikai Settlement; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a south-westerly direction to the foreshore at the mouth of the Tareparu Creek; thence continuing along the foreshore in a northerly direction to the south head of the Whaingaroa Harbour; thence across the mouth of the said harbour to the north head, the original point of commencement.
