Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, William Lee Martin, acting for the Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purposes of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule, and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 17th day of July, 1939.

SCHEDULE.

APITI-RANGIWAHIA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land lying entirely within the Counties of Kiwitea and Pohangina and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the boundary-line between the Counties of Kiwitea and Pohangina crosses Londons Road; thence continuing along the said boundary-line in a northerly direction to Section 42, Block VI, Apiti Survey District; thence across country in a north-easterly direction to meet Whare Road at Section 67, Block VI, Apiti Survey District; thence continuing along Whare Road in a northerly direction to the junction of Otamahapua Road, including all farms on both sides having direct access to Whare Road; thence continuing in a straight line across country in a northerly direction to meet the Mangawhariki Road at Section 40, Block XV, Hautapu Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line in a south-easterly direction to the terminus of Titirangi Road; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a southerly direction to meet the boundary-line between the Kiwitea and Pohangina Counties at Section 26, Block IV, Wellington Land District; thence continuing along the eastern boundary of Section 36; thence along the southern boundaries of Sections 36, 35, 34, 33, 37, 32, 31, 30, and 29,

Block IV, Wellington Land District, to meet Coal Creek; thence following the said creek in a southerly direction to the point where it meets the Makoura Road; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a south-westerly direction to meet the boundary-line between the Kiwitea and Pohangina Counties at London's Road, the original point of commencement.

ALL that area of land constituting the Counties of Cook, Waikohu, and Uawa, together with that area of land lying between the boundary-line of the Mata and Tokomaru Survey Districts.
