Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1939.
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land
District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Dovedale Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing 8 acres 0 roods 3 perches, more or less, being part of Section 72, Square 2, Block II, Wai-iti Survey District, being more particularly shown on Deposited Plan 1181, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 83, folio 112, Nelson Registry.

Port of Entry declared for the Purposes of the Customs Act, 1913.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 16th day of June, 1939.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Customs Act, 1913, the Samoa Act, 1921, and the Samoa Customs Consolidation Order, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the Port of Apia in Western Samoa as described in the Samoa Consolidation Order, 1923, shall be a port of entry for the purposes of the Customs Act, 1913, for the Islands of Pukapuka and Nassau in the Cook Islands.

PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made thereunder on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby appoint
William Tararo,
of Makatea, Mauke, to be a member of the Island Council of Mauke during his pleasure as from the date hereof, in lieu of Metuariki (resigned).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 14th day of June, 1939.
