IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

William Henry Bird,
John White,
Sonny White,
Habin James Cooney,
David Torrens Alexander,
Isaac Matakure,
Charles Edward Newton,
Kanohi Tiheima, and
Pynsent Mathew Paramore

to be the Murupara Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Rangitahi Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SECTION 33, Block XIII, Galatea Survey District : Area, 16 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less.

to be the Dovedale Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Dovedale, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

DOVEDALE DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing 8 acres 0 roods 3 perches, more or less, being part of Section 72, Square 2, Block II, Wai-iti Survey District, being more particularly shown on Deposited Plan 1181, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 83, folio 112, Nelson Registry.

Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in Town of Franklin, Otago Land District.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for cemetery purposes :
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for aerodrome purposes :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for cemetery purposes to a reserve for aerodrome purposes.

SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being part of Cemetery Reserve No. 2, Town of Franklin : Bounded on the north 450 links by other parts of the said reserve ; on the west 400 links by a public street ; on the south 450 links by Crown land ; and on the east 400 links by Crown land. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 54813E, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon in outline bordered red.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1939.

Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Murupara Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
