IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of a road.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street, in the City of Auckland
(Extension of St. Mary’s Road), of a Width less than 66 ft.,
but not less than 43 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1939.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and ninety of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty-three feet.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, being an extension of St. Mary’s Road, containing by admeasurement 8·6 perches, more or less, and being part of the land situated below high-water mark in the Harbour of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102925, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street, in the City of Palmerston North, of a Width less than 66 ft. but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of June, 1939.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Palmerston North, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 1·83 perches, more or less, being portion of Lots 9, 9A, and 10, D.P. 545, being part Rural Section 1536, Town of Palmerston North. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102020, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
