SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Newmarket, known as Railway Street, fronting Lots 1 and 2 (L.T.P. 28655), of a subdivision of parts Allotment 22, Section 4, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102772, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Restell Street in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of June, 1939.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight (the portion of street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto and being coloured red on the plan mentioned therein), viz.:

“ That the Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portion of that street known as Restell Street, adjoining the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 2, folio 296, Canterbury Registry ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Restell Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Restell Street, fronting part Rural Section 203. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102707, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Poplar Street, in the City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of June, 1939.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch City Council on the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz.:

“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the western side of Poplar Street adjoining Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 1918 ”;

subject to the condition that no shop or other building with a public entrance from Poplar Street and no show-windows fronting the said street displaying wares for sale, shall at any time be erected or permitted to be used on the land fronting the western side of the portion of the said street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of such portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known as Poplar Street, fronting Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 1918, being part Town Sections 979 and 980. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102901, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Ngatiawa and Ngatitama Streets, in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 9th day of June, 1939.

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, viz.:

“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of Ngatiawa and Ngatitama Streets adjoining Sections 981, 983, and 985 as shown on the plan annexed hereto and thereon coloured red and marked A–B and C–D ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Ngatiawa Street or the north-western side of the portion of Ngatitama Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.


SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Ngatiawa Street and the north-western side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and city known as Ngatitama Street, both fronting Sections 981, 983, and 985, City of Nelson. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102949, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
