Land set apart as an Addition to a Rifle-range Reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjacent to or intersecting the reserve for rifle-range purposes, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 14, Block IX, Cambridge Survey District: Area, 7 acres, more or less.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Matamata County, containing by admeasurement 123 acres 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being Section 10, Block IX, Cambridge Survey District (Karapiro Settlement), and part Section 11, Block X, Cambridge Survey District (Karapiro Settlement). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 6/11/45A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Kopuru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 1/264A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2842, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1939.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the roads in the Village of Longridge described in the Schedule hereto.

Road traversing Native Land proclaimed as a Public Road in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the road described in the Schedule hereto traverses Native land and has been used by the public as a public road and has been maintained out of public funds : And whereas the Native Land Court, by an order made on the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and issued pursuant to section four hundred and eighty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, ordered and declared the said road to be a public road :
And whereas it is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road should be proclaimed as a public road :
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 acres 2 roods 37 perches.
Being portion of Ruatangata In 4r Block.
Situated in Block XV, Ikitara Survey District. (S.O. plan 236/56.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 16/2569, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2841, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of April, 1939.
