THE RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS ORDER 1939.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of the above-entitled regulations under the above-entitled Act.

Serial number: 1939/31.

Date of enactment: 15th day of March, 1939.

Copies can be purchased at the Government Printing and Stationery Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington. Price for cash with order 2d., plus postage 1d. extra. Prices for quantities supplied on application. Copies may be ordered by quoting above serial number.

Revocation of Fisheries appointment.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has revoked the appointment of Ernest Clyde Fowler, of Auckland, as an Inspector of Sea-fishing for the purposes of Part I of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed Douglas Wolsey Kain, of Longslip Station, via Kurow, and Sidney David Taylor, of Omarama, to be officers for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act in respect of the Waitaki Acclimatization District.

Revocation of Appointment as Ranger under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22.

In exercise of the powers vested in him by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921-22, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby revoke the appointment of

George Frederick Bertrand, of New Plymouth, as a ranger under the said Act for the Taranaki Acclimatization District.
