East Parish.
Situated in Block TII, Maioro Survey District, Waiuku
Town District. (S.O. 30075, blue.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5571,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
March, 1939.

Additional Land between Glen Eden and Henderson taken for
the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway and for
Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, con-
venience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato
Railway to take further land between Glen Eden and Hender-
son in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes
of the said railway, and to take land for road-diversion in
connection therewith:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise
of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections
thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works
Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes above mentioned.

set apart for Railway Purposes.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the New Zealand
Government Railways to set apart land in Block V, Kaniere
Survey District, Westland County, for railway purposes:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by
the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set aside as a railway motor-service garage-
site.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 roods 33·8 perches.
Portion of Crown land, Block V, Kaniere Survey District,
Westland County. (S.O. 4133.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5514,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of
March, 1939.

Allocating to the Purposes of a Road Land in Block VII,
Woodville Survey District, taken for a Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described
in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for a further
portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, and is not now
required for such purpose), shall, upon the publication hereof
in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road
shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like
manner as other public highways are controlled and main-
tained by the said Board.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 31·88
perches.
Being portion of Railway land.
Situated in Block VII, Woodville Survey District (Hawke’s
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1156, green.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94725,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
March, 1939.
