A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

Approximate Area of the Piece of Land taken. Being Portion of Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan.
A. R. P. 11 3 36 Lot 2, D.P. 24388, being part Allotment 59, Parish of Pakuranga (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30175.) { X III } Rangitoto Otahuhu P.W.D. 102609 Yellow.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of March, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 1-9 perches.

Being part Lot 6, D.P. 1879, being portion of Section 10. Situated in Block II, Paekakariki Survey District (Wainui R.D.). (S.O. 20183.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100949, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1939.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

Being portion of Allotment 47, Tahawai Parish (D.P. 18597). Situated in Block IX, Katikati Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29976.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102139, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public buildings of the General Government; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9-99 perches.

Being portion of Sections 515 and 531, Town of Wellington, being all the land in D.P. 6472.

Situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 20204.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1939.
