be Captain, with seniority from 9th February, 1933, and

Battery and is posted to the 2nd Medium Battery, with

to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Canterbury
Agricultural College to hold office for a term of three years
commencing on the 1st day of January, 1940.

(2) of section 4 of the Honey-Export Control Act, 1924--

Honey Control Board established under the said Act, to
hold office for the term of two years commencing on the
1st day of January, 1940.
